Customer Service
Our customer service phone line is open Monday to friday, 4.30pm to 6.00pm.
Calls are charged at the local call rate.
Prices
The price of all goods offered by us is the actual price you (the customer)

the price before accepting the order and taking any monies, we will automatically
give you (the customer) the option to cancel your order placed if the
price has changed at all.

If you make an error when

email or ring us to change or return your order.
Delivery
Unless we have agreed a longer time with you (the customer), We will deliver
goods within 30 days( Normally within 48hrs.). If we cannot deliver within
this time we will tell the you (the customer) immediately and, with your
agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another
time for delivery, you (the customer) will be offered a refund. [Consumer
Protection (Contracts Concluded by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations
2000]
Please Note: If the goods
are not received within 2 weeks of the order date.
Please let us know A.S.A.P. so any claim can be started. If you don't inform
us by 28 days of ordering the goods,
delivery will be counted as completed and no claims or refund will be allowed

Faulty goods
We provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the
goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered.
We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30
days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method

Receipts, bills and settlement

stored in encrypted form, so there is restricted access

and telephone number will be stored on our invoice
database, for warranty records. we will not send our
customers any consumer marketing material, or details
to others.
We do not pass any customer
details onto third parties.

your complaint resolved. The third party will look at the complaint and
check to see whether We have handled it properly and, if appropriate,
recommend a solution. You are always at liberty to bring a court action
should you so choose.
